In the modern world, there is a tendency towards general population aging and the aging process is rapidly accelerating. As a consequence of that, there is a need for a solution to the problem of increasing the resource of human lifespan in the structure of longevity. A possible way to solve this problem is a complex approach, which includes: maintenance of a person’s biorhythms, elimination of bad habits, optimization of nutrition, regular exercise, timely medical examinations, periodic use of drugs for the prevention of pathological conditions, accelerated implementation of modern biotechnology.
