It is noticed that people who survived the war and the Siege of Leningrad are more preserved. In older people, the understanding of old age is unclear and depends on health and sense of self. They should be taught to regain sense of purpose, to cope with personal losses, to learn to accept their weakness and infirmity, as it will have a positive impact on the length and quality of their lives.
